General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale govern all sales transactions between My Aurora Chic (trading as Auric) and consumers through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

3.1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. Colors may appear different due to monitor settings.

3.2. Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or cancellation.

3.3. Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT/IVA applicable in the destination country. Prices may be updated without prior notice, but orders are processed at the price confirmed at time of purchase.

4.1. Order Placement

Orders are placed through our website by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process. You will receive order confirmation by email.

4.2. Order Confirmation

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Auric.

4.3. Order Modifications

Order modifications are only possible before shipment. Contact customer service immediately for changes.

5.2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store payment card information.

5.3. Payment Issues

In case of payment rejection, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

6.1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Additional countries may be available upon request.

6.2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Express delivery: 1-2 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

6.3. Delivery Issues

If you encounter delivery problems, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

7.1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

7.2. Exercise of Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision using the withdrawal form or clear statement.

7.3. Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days.

All products sold by Auric benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to Spanish consumer law.

8.1. Duration

The legal guarantee lasts for 2 years from delivery for new products.

8.2. Coverage

The guarantee covers defects and non-conformities that existed at the time of delivery.

8.3. Claim Procedure

To make a guarantee claim, contact customer service with proof of purchase and description of the issue.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content on our website, including trademarks, logos, and product designs, are the property of My Aurora Chic and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and LOPDGDD.

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For consumer disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

We participate in the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
